This is a close up of Dog Kennel. Bit dark but you can see how it is made. This kennel is 1 metre high and 1. 2 metres long. It has a raised floor (Linoleumed and loose carpeted for cleaning), the floor also has a metal leading edge (Same angle metal as on roof peak) for protection There are a pair of offset small wheels screwed on at the rear so that when lifted at the front by the handle as shown just above opening (which doubles as a chain point), the wheels come into play and it can be wheeled around without a problem. It is solidly built so it is heavy. The Kennel sits on studs on the four corners so it is always a 1/4 inch above surface re hosing down patio etc. No water collects there. All underneath is also painted to seal against woodrot. The roof is of Colourbond and people had their choice of colour to suit their own patio roofs etc. The timber used for outer is treated weather boards. They cost me Aus $150 to build and I sold them for Aus $300. Really worth more but stiff competition from cheaper made versions on the market. Average two working days to make as frames all glued and screwed etc. All Tech screwed no nails.
