Hi LUN! This is the Mink Bear I was talking about. It was very difficult to make as the Mink Coat was of late 1800's. The Skins were very fragile and had to be treated extremely gently. Stitching in material like parchment would leave a line of holes that could very easily tear. Packing was a nightmare waiting to happen. I used reversed skins for the Pads. I purposefully used a section showing FURRIER'S STAMP (See foot) Value wise is around $1000:00. Probably a lot more on the Open Market. I gave it to one of my Daughters for her collectables. My other Daughter got one of my best ever paintings for her collection.
